So one of the services that I offer is to work with families, the whole family, and that includes children. When I work with children, I have the parent in the room at the same time because it's your child, and you want to know what's taking place within the session. I want to help teach the parent as much as I want to help the child.
Another way I work with children is through the parents. So the whole session is done actually with just the parent. But the benefit does still reach the child because the parent and the child are connected. So if you do have things that are going on with your child, like they're having a difficult time managing their emotions, or they get really upset and can't calm down, they might be having a hard time managing their emotions, moods, and energy.
They feel kind of heavy and dark. There's like a weight on them. These kinds of sessions can be very helpful, and it is appropriate as a parent to help your child maintain health in their energetic field and regulate their mind and emotions. And one of the ways that a parent can do that with a child is to teach them how to regulate their mind through meditation, through focus, through energy, and attention.
I know the thing that we can teach our children is how to regulate our own moods, and that's something that I can help teach the parent and child, either together or to the parent, so the child can get the benefit of what the parent is learning. And sometimes our children are under a lot of stress, and we may not know the level of stress that they're dealing with because we don't know how they're perceiving everything.
And they can learn how to regulate their emotions by sitting with their emotions, like learning how to breathe into their body and breathe into the emotion. Give expression to that emotion in healthy ways. We want to teach our children those basic tools because when they have that ability to self-regulate, they're able to handle situations differently. And another way that we can work with our children is by working with the energetic space that's around them.
Sometimes the thoughts that they have or the emotions out there experiencing, they just kind of picked up, picked up from a society, picked up from the household that they're in and the places that they've been. And we all want to belong. And sometimes belonging is agreeing with the thoughts, feelings, and energies of the collective. We wanted to be a little bit more autonomous, to be part of the collective, but only to be part of the pieces that are appropriate for the child.
So we want them to play and have fun, enjoy their life, be dynamic, and be conscious of the negativity they could be surrounded by and how to deal with that. When we teach them these things, we help them clear their space. It's very empowering for them to know that they have the ability to do that.
Sometimes our little ones can see things that we don't see. Sometimes they see something that's there, and sometimes their mind is perceiving that something's there. Either way, we could teach them how to be empowered, that this is their space. And even if nobody around them can see whatever it is that they see, they still have the ability to use their intent and their words to clear that space and not allow whatever it is to be there.
So if it is just a mind thing, they can say, even this: if my mind is creating this, or if this is something that exists outside of my mind, this is my room, my space, my family, or my home. And you are forbidden to be in this space. And they have the ability to deal with whatever they're dealing with on a supernatural level or on an imagination level.
So we don't want to empower dark imaginations by giving it substance, but we don't want to discredit something that the child may actually be seeing or knowing or hearing. So as a kind of fine line, so that either way, whatever it is, they have the ability to not allow different things in their space that they don't want in their space; they don't have to allow the voices to come, because sometimes voices come and they come for her little ones, and we don't know where they come from.
It might be from the collective, it might be from their subconscious, it might be from what they've heard and something happening with somebody. And we could teach them that they don't actually have to even listen to any of those voices. The only voice that they need to listen to is their authentic self. And there are ways to work that for a child to be able to get it.
Sometimes our children know way more than we do about some of these kinds of topics. We have to listen to them and let them tell us their truth about things, and help them work with the truth that they're expressing to empower them to feel better, to have a clear space to learn better. Different ways that I can help your child learn better are clearing the space and NLP, which is a technique to help move limiting beliefs, ideas, and concepts that we have about ourselves.
Our kids have glass ceilings that they are struggling with. It might have been a flippant comment that somebody made. It might have been their interpretation of a grade that they got. We can help them undo those things before it grows and grows and causes problems for them in the future. So this is something that can be very helpful for children who are dealing with learning behaviors, focus behaviors, feeling things on a supernatural level and not understanding what to do with them, or having abilities that they don't know what's going on with.
And I can help the parent, help the child, or help the child directly. So I look forward to working with you.
Much warmth. Much love.
