So some of the results that I have experienced with NLP, with my clients and with myself, the primary ones, are the ability to access our subconscious mind and change limiting beliefs. Many of us are loaded with limiting beliefs that we're not even conscious of. We actually sit and either meditate or ask the right questions of our mind.
We can. We're then able to understand the blocks that we're having, why we can't manifest some things, or why we're keep manifesting things that we don't want. We learn through the process what patterns we're running and why we're running them. And if it's not working for us, we can stop running those patterns by making new sets of choices.
And it could be very powerful when we're able to access these aspects of ourselves that we don't usually access, because we're used to being a particular way. You know, our personalities are not solid structures. They're malleable. A lot of who we perceive ourselves to be is just basically part of the experiences that we've had in life, and not all of that is bad.
We don't need to change everything about ourselves. What we want to work on are the things that are holding us back in life. If you want to be kinder and more patient with your children, an NLP session can help you get there, and that's a worthwhile use of time to be able to make those kinds of shifts, because you don't have to be reactive and impatient and rude if you don't want to be.
And if you're trying to set goals for yourself, and you find that every time you set a goal, you're not able to manifest it as a goal. We're looking to see, okay, are those the right sets of goals for you? And if they are, then what are those blocks that keep showing up? And we can look at them and change them.
Some of these positions that we have about ourselves and about life and ourselves in life come from when we are little. Some of it we learn from our parents, learn from society, learn from experiences, and we make interpretations from those experiences about ourselves and about ourselves in the world. And many of those ideas are about what's possible for us.
We were so young, and we weren't really able to articulate what we were actually feeling, thinking, and understanding at the time. But as adults, we can look at the situations, change our perception, change the energy we hold, change the patterns we run, and make a whole new set of choices for ourselves.
And that's one of the things that we can do when we do NLP: we can look and listen to the body, to the subconscious mind, and determine for ourselves if this is appropriate for us, and if it's not, we can change it. Most of the results that I've noticed that my clients have from the NLP are the breakthroughs that they're able to make, the breakthroughs in their own personal ceilings, that glass ceiling that we have where we can't feel like we can go beyond it.
We can see what it is. It's holding us back, and we can move it, change it, shift it. We can work with it, work with our subconscious, work with our mind, work with our emotions. And we could do all of that. In an NLP session, we're able to move out a stress that we've been holding in our body for maybe even for years, or thoughts that we've had that are repetitive and limiting.
We can clear that anger that we've been holding and running. We can eliminate that. We don't have to hang on to past pains and past experiences. We have the ability to make those changes within ourselves.
I'd love to help you with your goal setting and your healing journey. Much warmth. Much love. I look forward to working with you.
