One of my roles with clients is to help them reconnect with themselves and set them free by clearing longstanding patterns and vibrations. These can include feelings of despair, frustration, anger, abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Such experiences can settle within us as vibrations over time.
We are much more than we realize. While we exist in a physical body, we also have layers of energetic bodies surrounding us, called our spiritual aura. When we meditate on these energy systems, we can effectively clear these vibrations. It is often easier to release something at the energy level because we can do so with intent and focus.
In our guided meditations, we create a space of grace and love, setting positive intentions for ourselves and anyone connected to us. When we enter these meditations with a clear intent to release patterns of abuse, neglect, abandonment, poverty, or anything else holding us back, we tap into our capacity for healing. This process can sometimes be completed in one session, while at other times, it may take longer.
Some patterns may have been present since childhood, for example, if you absorbed them from your parents or your environment at a young age. These patterns may continue to run through you because they have formed a pathway in your being. It’s essential to clear them, especially if they’ve taken hold in your body. You might feel resistance when trying to move these patterns, as they have established a home within you.Â
If you encounter resistance while meditating to clear a particular vibrational feeling, you should override it. Continue with the meditation consistently until the vibration is gone. We are conscious, sentient beings, and we are not meant to bend to the will of any vibration or pattern. Instead, we are meant to be conscious creators. No matter where these vibrations originated or how they are affecting you, you can release them.
In many of my meditations, we focus on clearing chakras, energy bodies, and the entire auric system. We bring our awareness into our energy systems to heal them.
The main things I aim to do with people: help you heal, grow, transform, and evolve. This transformation is about becoming who you choose to be—embracing your authentic nature—not conforming to an ideology I provide. It’s not about dictating who you should be or how you should act. My goal is to help you release any imposed structures, allowing you to be your true self. We can do this during a distant vibrational healing in one of my intuitive sessions.Â
If you’re dealing with things in your life that you really don’t want, it’s important to address and clear those influences. Engage in some meditations to release whatever is attracting unwanted circumstances. Identify the vibrational match that is drawing these unwanted experiences into your space and work on clearing it out.
If you’re not attracting the things you desire, we’ll also focus on removing any vibrations that are blocking what you want. We will work on both aspects: clearing what you don’t wish to experience and eliminating barriers to the things you do want, creating a clean, open space for the quality of life you desire.
We need to clear patterns—those vibrational patterns that are not aligned with your values, dreams, goals, and ambitions. Once we clear these patterns, you open yourself up to receiving what you want with greater ease and comfort. You shouldn’t have to keep pushing against obstacles, as that approach is often exhausting.Â
If you have a strong vibration within you and continually encounter things that match that vibration, you will find yourself in a cycle of push and resistance. Instead, we want to shift what is happening internally—on mental, emotional, psychic, energetic, and physical levels. Let’s release the things we hold in our bodies that correspond to what we don’t want.

We aim to examine the energy systems you possess and are currently running, and determine whether they are serving you well. You can keep those energy systems that enhance your life and let go of those that are hurting you in some way.
For instance, if you are experiencing excitement, joy, and elation regarding a project, an experience, or life in general, that's fantastic, and there's no reason to disturb that positive energy.Â
However, if you're dealing with patterns of depression, sadness, or feelings of overwhelm, or if you carry some effects of PTSD due to past trauma, these can significantly impact the energy you hold and the systems in place. I've noticed that our emotional and mental patterns can disrupt our chakras and overall energy systems. Additionally, negative experiences, especially with others, can adversely affect our energy as well.
Through this work, we can explore what’s happening within ourselves and begin to shift our energy. This is a valuable way to spend our time, as I have found a strong connection between our mental and emotional states, our psychic energetic patterns, and our physical well-being. Tension and stress in the body are often directly linked to what's occurring on a mental, emotional, and energetic level, including the memories we store throughout our system.
When we start to address these patterns with compassion, understanding, healing, and love, we can begin to dismantle long-standing structures within us. This is particularly important in cases of past trauma, such as abuse, neglect, or abandonment, which can create deep-rooted patterns.
We have the opportunity to explore these issues through vibrational healing and meditation with conscious awareness. This allows us to examine our inner world and make new choices. We don’t have to continue operating under the patterns or structures someone else imposed on us.
When we are born, we enter families and societies, and cultural and temporal contexts shape us. The impact of our upbringing can affect us significantly. However, we don't need to be bound by these experiences. We can heal the wounds within us, release limiting beliefs about ourselves, and let go of the stories we continue to tell ourselves.Â
This journey can lead to profound liberation.
I do this work because it is gratifying to assist someone in moving through their heaviness, exhaustion, and burdens. When we address the weights we carry—whether they are emotional, mental, or spiritual—there is a transformative radiance that emerges. This process can bring immense relief and a profound lightness of being, which is the true gift of this work.
When you create space within yourself, your radiant energy, essence, beauty, and love can fill that void, allowing you to come to life more vibrantly.
Sometimes, this process needs to be repeated because we are often caught in patterns from our past. Changing these patterns may take time, and while some shifts can happen quickly, what matters most is that you are moving in the direction you desire. I’m excited to support you in this journey.

The reason we want to clear these patterns is that sometimes the things coming into our lives are responses to vibrations we might be holding—vibrations we aren't even consciously aware of.
These vibrations can originate from a very young age. When we are born, we enter families, societies, and groups, and we unintentionally adopt the vibrations of the people and the community around us. It's a natural process; children tend to mirror the vibrations of their families and their environment. They absorb what's happening around them.
This absorption is normal. As children, we take on the forms of what we are born into, and not all of it is negative. However, there may be vibrations we are carrying from our childhood that could be influencing our current experiences in ways we don’t realize. If you find that unwanted situations or patterns keep emerging in your life, it might be an opportunity to pause, meditate, and clear those vibrations.
We don't need to know the exact origin or nature of these vibrations; we simply need to acknowledge that they exist. We are essentially energy in motion, and it's vital to understand that we can change these vibrations, even if we’re not always aware of their presence.
For instance, we may consciously choose to pursue success, but if an internal vibration of poverty consciousness exists, it will conflict with that goal. That poverty consciousness represents a vibration that can attract undesirable situations. Similarly, if we desire respect but carry within us the memories of disrespectful experiences, that unresolved vibration may attract further disrespect into our lives. These influences can often be quite subtle.
We often go through life without being fully aware of the energies and patterns that affect us. Through my meditation practice—particularly the meditations I provide—I focus on clearing these disruptive elements. This includes eliminating thoughts and vibrational patterns that do not align with who we want to be, as well as those that harm our energy systems.
Sometimes, external structures can have a devastating impact on our quality of life. It's crucial to recognize that we have the power to shift our circumstances. We don’t have to hold onto energies or run patterns that limit or hurt us in any way.
When we meditate together, it is not necessary to know the origins of the vibrations or patterns we are addressing. Simply setting a clear intention to release anything that may be blocking you from the life experience you desire is enough. Often, we don’t need to go into great detail; sometimes, we just need to “take out the trash.” Many of these low, dense, and heavy vibrations can simply be let go.
