As a member, you also have access to live meditations, which currently take place every Sunday morning at 8 a.m. We'll add more sessions as more people join and as we gain momentum. The topics for these live meditations will be shaped by your requests and participation, so your involvement will help determine what events we offer.
I've set up this membership site to ensure you have the support you need as you begin your meditation practice. You can access prerecorded meditations to guide you at your own pace, along with topic-specific spaces where you can ask questions related to those themes.
My goal is for you to be successful. I didn't want to just provide you with a collection of meditations and send you off on your own. Starting a meditation practice can evoke significant resistance, especially when we're using it to enhance our lives and cultivate health, ease, and comfort within our bodies. It's important to address that resistance, and I'm here to help you navigate it.
