Meditation can improve your mood!
Our emotions can color our world, sometimes in ways we don’t like or have difficulty existing within. It can be challenging at times to handle life situations when our emotional filters are causing us stress, depression, anxiety, and emotional pain. Our negative moods can take the joy out of living, but we can do something about it. We get to meditate. Meditation can improve our affective mood disorders, help us overcome anxiety, and help us establish hyper self-awareness so we can become conscious about what is going on within us that is making us feel bad, sad, stressed, or miserable.Â
Emotions can have a profound impact on us. Still, we can harness the power of intention and visualization within our meditation practice to address negative emotions with self-love and patience. We have far more influence over our emotional states than we think.
Change can be difficult, even when the change is positive, so be patient with yourself as you meditate. Know that our emotions have momentum, power, and weight, so we want to be gentle with ourselves. We can do that by listening to the meditations in my meditation app. We give ourselves space from our emotions, and we give our emotions space to emerge. We can release our negative emotions and mood issues through breath, allowing us to make new, empowering choices.Â
Through breath and the power of intention, we can also cultivate positive emotions, positive energy, good vibes, peace, and emotional health. Meditating regularly is an excellent use of time because we have learned that our thoughts, emotions, and vibrations influence our inner personal relationships, health, wealth, abundance, and well-being. By refining our thoughts and feelings, we can enhance our lives. It’s how we can harness the law of attraction to work in our favor, creating a better quality of life through Meditation and the power of our intention.
We don’t want to suppress our emotions or deny our feelings because that doesn't work. None of that works because it already exists. Our feelings have vibrations associated with them, and their vibration is part of what influences the Law of Attraction. Change our vibration, change our life. When we think differently, it improves our vibrations.
As you navigate this meditation app, you will learn to observe your emotions, and then express them in healthy ways through breath and meditation. You will begin to determine if the feelings are guidance that you need to listen to, or if the emotion is in response to a thought. You can check to see if the emotion is even yours or if you've absorbed it from the environment, or if it's one of those long-standing emotions that you are running.
The meditations and teachings in this course are designed to help you make those discernments and then work with them to move them out. It also features meditations designed to cultivate love, peace, joy, health, vitality, and other positive emotions. I have included meditations to help you release disempowering emotions, as well as another set to guide you towards specific emotional states. So, suppose you are in a disempowered state. In that case, you can listen to a series of meditations to release those emotions, or another set of meditations to help you raise your vibration and move into a more emotionally elevated state of being. You have options for approaching your healing journey.
You can listen to the meditations I created to help you cultivate love, acceptance, peace, joy, and many more higher-vibrational states. Depending on where you are in your emotional range, these can be good options to reach for because they can help improve your mood and the vibration you're holding. So I have it set up in two ways. I have them listed alphabetically, so you can easily find what you're looking for or locate it on an emotional scale.
The scale features over 50 meditations that guide you through emotions ranging from despair, fear, and depression to higher states such as hope, kindness, care, and joy. There is also a section on working with your emotional center, which focuses on your emotional body and the sacral chakra, ultimately supporting your overall emotional well-being. These meditations help you clear excess emotions, accept and allow feelings, release old emotional patterns, clear any entanglements you may have, heal your emotional body, and more.
