I am a certified massage therapist, vibrational spiritual healer, meditation guide, and spiritual teacher. My work is designed to complement your overall well-being routine. I will make a reasonable effort in my work with you.

I do not make any claims or promises regarding my work or the products I create. I am committed to maintaining integrity with every client and customer. I always intend to support you in your meditation practice and spiritual journey. I will make a reasonable effort to provide the best quality service possible.

I reserve the right to refuse to work with or sell to any individual or group for any reason. I do not discriminate, nor do I harbor ill intent toward anyone. If I choose not to work with you, it will be because I believe I am not the right person to assist you or because my material may be used outside my positive intentions in creating it.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The meditation courses offer a 7-day free trial to explore their teachings and practices, allowing you to determine if they meet your needs. After this introductory period, all sales are final. You can cancel any time and still have access to the meditations for the rest of your subscription time.

All sales are also final for the Meditation Membership and Community. I recommend starting with the 7-day free trial. Again, you can cancel anytime and continue to enjoy the meditations for the rest of the month.

All sales are final for the sessions. I suggest working with my meditations for at least 30 days before scheduling an appointment.

Terms of service/ Our agreements

I can change the terms of my products and services at any time. When I do, I will post the changes on my website.

I can take down user-generated content from my products and services in any sharing space. (DMCA Countdown)

Please remember the following guidelines for the shared spaces:

Refrain from being aggressive, offensive, or cruel to anyone.
Do not use copyrighted material or misrepresent the truth.
Do not post anything illegal, immoral, or obscene.

Violating these guidelines will result in your account being deleted and blocked from the social forum.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you encounter an issue, please email me first so I can address the problem. Please allow me 30 days to respond, as I manage all aspects of my business, and it may take time to resolve matters.

By purchasing my products, you agree to collaborate with me to resolve any issues that may arise. My goal is to support my clients and customers, so I kindly ask you to consider my intentions and allow me to address any concerns you may have.

Before taking any action against me, you agree to make a fair and reasonable effort to resolve your complaints directly. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, legal action, chargebacks, filing complaints, or leaving negative reviews.

You also agree to undergo arbitration if we cannot find an agreeable solution.

Legal clause: If you choose to take legal action, you must file any charges in my current state/city of residency.

PRIVACY

I don’t sell or share your information with any other party. I only use your email address to communicate with you. You can always unsubscribe from the email list.

The payment process does collect your information for its purposes.
