  • I provide direct support through my remote intuitive sessions. You can begin with a one-time session with me.
  • I offer your company the option to collaborate with me in person or remotely, providing corporate meditation programs and mindfulness training.
  • I provide a membership and community that includes ongoing group support and live meditations.
  • I am available to teach, speak on behalf of your organization, or provide remote support.

 You don't have to go through it alone, and there are multiple ways I can work with you. I will work with individuals and groups remotely. For corporations, I can assist remotely or in person.
